Paris' quirkiest hotel?

Hotel de Nesle is located on a quiet street in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The 20 rooms inside, on the other hand, are as loud as an overdecorated hotel gets. Each is painted with large frescoes based on a historical theme. If you ever wanted to fall asleep contemplating Molière, this is the place. There’s a garden, and the Antinea room has a hammam that guests can use when the room isn’t booked. €55 to 100. Reservations by phone only. (011-33-1) 4354-6241. www.hoteldenesleparis.com/.
