CME in the sky

It’s enough to ruin a perfectly good vacation before it even starts: you’re sitting on the plane and the call comes over the PA, “Is there a doctor on board?” Worry not — two Montreal physicians have put together a one-day CME course called Onboard Medical Emergencies to prepare you for any eventuality, from how to decide where to perform CPR in the cabin to what you need to know about liability. The third annual installment of the course will be offered at Montreal’s Trudeau Airport on December 10. Registration costs $345, but you can save $50 if you register before October 15.
