Stay on track
The online travel agent Loco2 wants to do two things: 1) promote train travel as a greener alternative to flying (its name stands for low CO2) and 2) make it possible for travellers to book train tickets to different European destinations in one single transaction. Good, practical aspirations if you ask us. The independent company is an official agent of the French national rail company SNCF (through their UK subsidiary, Rail Europe) and the German national rail company Deutsche Bahn so they have complete coverage through those two countries, but they sell tickets for six other big train operators too. Prices are the same as if you were to book directly and tickets can emailed to you to be printed at home. For a map of their coverage and to buy tickets: loco2.com.
