COBOURG, ON  If the country is what you’re craving, check in at the Woodlawn Inn, located 90 minutes from Toronto in a city that describes itself as the Gem of Lake Ontario. Built in 2004, it was named Best New Lodge in 2007 by Ski Canada magazine. The boutique property has 10 large rooms, which are contemporary yet cosy in style. All of the beds (either king or twins) are blanketed in down duvets and featherbeds for the best night’s sleep before hitting the slopes.
